    It’s interesting, 2 of the 5 are incline. I have always believed in inclines and declines a bit too… makes the core muscle of the pectoral work harder through the reps and sets. Flat bench is nice. Incline is awesome. Well done. Ed from http://www.get-fit-at-home.co.uk
