Apart from the main machines like the treadmill, the power plate machines; you should also keep dumb bells, resistance bands and an aerobic box. Do not build your home gym in the basement, it’s simply not suggested.

One more important issue when building a gym is flooring. You will be able to pick between vynil and rubber flooring. All impacts will be cushioned by rubber flooring, even falling. One can be comfortable standing, running or walking freely easily unlike a tiled floor or carpeted flooring. Bear in mind that a rubber floor will reduce the impact you create will exercising. And the rubber floor is also easily cleaned and maintained. Vinyl flooring cuts down on the noise, is stain resistant, is hygienic and can be easily cleaned.
